The Bank of Cyprus Cultural Foundation organizes a series of online actions, entitled "Culture means solidarity".  The series of actions follows different axes (visual arts, creative writing, cooking, etc.) and is inaugurated with the visual arts’ action: "Bring to life ancient forms".

Action 1 "Bring to life ancient forms"
The Foundation invites children aged 4-13 to be inspired by the history and culture of Cyprus through the action "I bring ancient forms to life".

The aim of the action is to bring to life the forms of ancient vessels found in the archaeological collection of the Cultural Foundation with the help of children.

Children can choose one or more forms from the drafts of our partner ceramicist Susanna Petri, imagine what their life in ancient Cyprus would be like and paint them using whatever materials they want.

Send us the photo of the works until March 27, 2020 with a message on our Facebook page along with the title of the project and the age of the creator.

All projects will be presented in a digital exhibition and will be used in a series of actions involving children at the Bank of Cyprus Cultural Foundation at a later stage.
