The performance “Lapses of Light” is the second fruit yielded from the collaboration between Constantina Efthymiadou, Costas Makrygiannakis and Alexandros Seitarides. Moving within a visual arts and explicitly echo-poetic context – with the musician performing on stage – the choreography is achieved interactively through the music, composed especially for the show as the light adorns and enhances every aspect of the whole concept. Short scenes-stories, either playful or introverted, succeed one another in search of the light inside and outside of us. “Lapses of Light” is in effect the hunt of light, momentarily lost and then regained. The three artists will perform in Nicosia at the Faneromeni 17 Arts Festival following rave reviews for their shows in Athens and Thessaloniki.
